What does Digital Asset Nexus sell?
Digital Asset Nexus sells digital-only products, including visual assets, productivity templates, eBooks and guides, and AI prompt packs. No physical item is shipped.
How will I receive my purchase?
After payment is verified, Digital Asset Nexus displays the purchased files on the secure order-confirmation page and sends a receipt with a protected order-access link to the checkout email address. Download links authorize access to private storage and may expire for security; the buyer can request a fresh access email from the Order Access page.
What software do I need?
Requirements vary by product. Every product page lists its file types, compatible software, and any paid platform or subscription needed to use it.
Can I use a product commercially?
Only when the product's listed license allows it. Review the license shown on the product page and the full License page before using an asset in work you sell or distribute.
Are the products created with AI?
Digital Asset Nexus uses AI as a production accelerator for tasks such as ideation, drafting, design exploration, formatting, formulas, and prompt development. The level of AI involvement varies by product. Required disclosures appear in the relevant listing, and releases are reviewed for usefulness, consistency, and originality.
Can I return a digital product?
Digital purchases generally cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Review the Refund Policy before buying. If a file is defective, missing, materially different from its description, or subject to a legal refund right, contact support with the order number so the issue can be reviewed. This guidance must be reviewed against the final direct-sales policy and applicable law before launch.
